Young Artists Wanted! – Participate in Young at Art Workshops

March 1, 2010

Saturdays and Sundays in March, the Harlow Gallery is hosting affordable one-day art workshops just for kids .  Our 4th Annual Young at Art workshop series offers children ages 4 – 18 a great line up to choose from.  Examples follow:

William Fahy poses with his creation from last year's workshop series.

High school age artists can print a t-shirt of their own design with Jenny Morrison, or create copper enameled jewelry and ornaments with Jennifer Paisley.

Middle school students can design their own superhero (or super villain) with Zoe Fisk, make scrimshaw with Maxine Marquis or create a kaleidoscope with Linda Nichols Phillips.

Children in elementary school can paint birds and fish with Sandra Dunn, make a “potato person” out of a real potato with Leon Hastings or learn how to work with clay with Malley Webber.
